Operations Manager (Construction)

Position Description

The Operations Manager is responsible for the timely activities of the construction process. Included are the tasks of being involved, along with corporate Purchasing, in the bidding process, bid analysis, and Trade Partner selection as well as monitoring changes in contracts. This individual is also responsible for the daily construction activities and on time deliveries per the business plan, and coordinates with Warranty Manager, Project (land) Manager, and Sales Manager to ensure the highest level of performance from the community teams. Position requires a Nevada B-2 residential construction license or the ability to obtain one shortly after hire.
