Operations Manager - Civil and Infrastructure

We’re working with a well-established contractor delivering infrastructure and maintenance works across SEQ, currently looking to bring on an Operations Manager to take ownership of delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

This is a key role sitting at the centre of the business, working across project teams, field crews and internal functions to ensure everything is aligned and running efficiently day to day.

You’ll be responsible for workforce planning, resource allocation, and overall project performance, supporting teams to keep work on track while stepping in to resolve issues when required.
