Operations Manager – Equipment Manufacturing
Pay Range: $110,000–$140,000 base + bonus potential (up to 20%)
Summary:

An established and privately held manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to take the reins on everything happening inside the four walls of the facility. It’s a roll-up-your-sleeves, walk-the-floor, solve-problems kind of position. You’ll be working with ownership to transform this operation from A to Z. There’s plenty of structure in place, but also room to improve, refine, and make things your own.
Your Day-to-Day
Oversee daily plant operations including production, fabrication, inventory, and vendor coordination

Run purchasing and supply chain efforts to keep materials on hand and on time

Partner with engineering and service to hit delivery dates and quality benchmarks
