Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee FPSO operations offshore Canada. This is a leadership role managing production, safety, and crew performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day offshore production operations.
• Manage offshore teams across multiple disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Drive performance improvements and production efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ offshore oil & gas experience, with FPSO exposure.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Valid offshore certification.
• Fluent English; other spoken languages are an advantage.
