We are recruiting an Operations Manager / Business Unit Leader to take ownership of a growing industrial operation combining warehouse, logistics, compliance and customer fulfilment activities. This is a broad operational leadership role where you'll be responsible for both the day-to-day running of the operation and the continued development and performance of the business unit both commercially and operationally.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll lead a practical, hands-on shop floor operation whilst driving commercial performance, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
