Job Details

This is a permanent, full‑time position working Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00, with flexibility during peak periods. Annual salary up to £54,923.98, depending on skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading flow through the distribution centre, managing first‑line client relations, planning resources cost‑effectively, and fostering a safe, development‑focused team culture.
• Lead stock flow operations through the distribution centre, ensuring safety and alignment with client expectations.
• Manage first‑line client relationships with clear communication and timely issue resolution.
• Plan labour and resources efficiently to meet and exceed budget targets.
• Promote a safe, positive working environment and support team development.
