Job Description
Straive is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for our Laguna-Calamba delivery floor. You will oversee a 160–180 headcount and drive productivity, optimize scheduling, and reduce overtime while maintaining service quality.
You will map workflows, enforce SOPs, and build KPI dashboards to track throughput, capacity, and shrinkage. You will mentor team leaders, coordinate with clients, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
