Job Details

• Pay: Up to £65,000 per annum
• Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week. 8.30-5 Mon‑Thurs, 8.30-2.30 Fri.
• Duration: Permanent
• Benefits: Standard pension, 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays, progression opportunity to Operations Director

Job Role

The Operations Manager will take responsibility for the day‑to‑day leadership of manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, stock control and operational performance across the business. The Operations Manager will work closely with senior leadership teams to ensure production targets, labour efficiencies and operational objectives are achieved in line with company strategy.
