Operations Manager

Bemana is recruiting for a leading provider of pump system service, repair, and maintenance solutions across commercial, industrial, and municipal markets nationwide. Our client is looking to hire an Operations Manager to report daily to their Baldwin Park location.

Position offers:

• $115K-$130K/year base salary + 15% yearly bonus potential. If your target pay is higher, we still encourage you to apply—we could request adjustments based on experience and market conditions.
