As a Manager - Roadside Assistance Network Services, you’ll build and manage a high-performing provider network and oversee end-to-end case operations for a nationwide operation across Thailand. You’ll lead a mixed team (RSA specialists, field technicians, towing partners, back office, and third parties) and drive digital tools and service standards to boost speed, quality, and customer outcomes—collaborating with local and overseas teams and working closely with dealers and customers to keep drivers moving and deliver a best-in-class roadside experience.
