Operations Manager

• Conduct regular inspections and report on issues
• Support outgoings budgets and upgrade programs
• Manage tenant entry and exit processes

• Strong experience in commercial property or facilities operations
• Real Estate Certificate
• Confident communicator who builds rapport quickly
• Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
• Tech friendly and quick to learn new systems
• Own vehicle for local inspections
