Our manufacturing client is looking for a young dynamic Operations Manager with 3-5 years of experience. The role involves supporting all technological operations, coordination of production, systems, and overall quality and efficiency of the production.

Salary: Up to R30,000.00 (depending on experience and qualification)

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or similar, especially with a Chemistry background
2. 3-5 years of Operations Manager experience in a similar role
3. Hard-working ethic and track record of honesty
4. Capability of managing problems and minimizing any disruptions to the process
5. Willingness to learn and undergo training
6. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills
