**POSITION SUMMARY:** The **Operations Manager Accelerated Program (OMAP)** is an intensive 18-month development program designed to prepare high-potential leaders for a future role as an Operations Manager. Through structured rotations, hands-on experience, and formal training, participants will gain a deep understanding of operational excellence, leadership, and business strategy in one of the most stable and essential industries in the country.
