Operations & Maintenance (O & M)

Role Objective Ensure *maximum plant availability, generation integrity, and asset life* through disciplined monitoring, preventive maintenance, rapid fault resolution, and compliant documentation. Key Responsibilities 1. Plant Operations & Performance Monitoring * Monitor solar plant performance daily using *SCADA and monitoring platforms*. * Track key performance metrics (generation, PR, availability, inverter uptime). * Identify performance deviations, alarms, and degradation trends; initiate corrective actions as per SOPs. 2. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance * Execute *scheduled preventive maintenance* for inverters, modules, transformers, HT/LT panels, switch gear, and BOS equipment. * Diagnose and resolve *electrical, mechanical, and communication faults*. * Ensure quick restoration of plant operation to minimize downtime and generation loss. 3.
