Operations & Logistic Manager, Rider

About The Role

We are seeking an analytical and strategic individual to lead the Rider&Safety vertical across Argentina for Uber's Mobility business. This role will help shape the rider growth and engagement strategy as well as our safety strategy.

What You Will Do

• Own and monitor the performance of key rider and safety metrics, from funnel conversion to experience and marketplace impact
• Translate rider signals into actionable insights, explain user behavior, retention dynamics, and experience trends.
• Proactively identify emerging issues across markets and recommend actions to protect user experience and business performance.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs (data analysis, support tickets, user feedback, competitive insights) to develop a comprehensive view of the pain points.
