Operations Leader

Overview

Location: Norfolk
Salary: up to £55,000 Bonus
Hours: Mon–Fri, 8am-4.30pm
Contract: Permanent, Full time

This is a key Operations Leader role focused on supporting site leadership, driving continuous improvement across the business, and enhancing collaboration between teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production efficiency, output, and quality across the site
• Manage budgets, P&L responsibility, and KPI reporting to senior leadership
• Lead and develop both operations and engineering teams
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies
• Take ownership of Health & Safety and site compliance standards

Requirements

• Proven background in Production / Operations leadership in a supervisory role
• Experience with CI, and understanding of Lean and Six Sigma
