As an Operations Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day success of Aurizon’s rail operations. Working closely with your team and key stakeholders, you’ll help deliver safe, reliable and cost-effective train services for our customers while championing a strong safety and leadership culture that supports and protects our people.

About the role:

• Lead a team of train crew & operational staff.
• Setting and monitoring of performance standards and behavioural standards to build a high-performance team. 
• Contribute to a learning environment spending time in the field engaging with crew.
• Ensure optimum driving methodologies are adhered to by reviewing downloads and providing feedback.
