• Sunday to Thursday 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Staging and sorting of items, palletizing, and crating
• Provide regular reports on transportation performance and key metrics (SLAs) to operations leadership
• Use tools including scanners, carts, hand trucks, and dollies
• Daily submission and completion of all required documentation accurately
• Follow all 5S processes consistently and effectively
• Create an inspiring team environment with open communication culture
• Train new employees on company standards and procedures
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates
