We're looking for a junior-level Fulfillment Operations Lead to join our team on the ground in Monterrey.
You'll play a key role in keeping daily warehouse operations running smoothly— from order accuracy to team coordination to maintaining a tight, organized facility.

Coordinating daily pick, pack, and shipping workflows to keep orders going out on time and error‐free.
Supporting inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock organization, and receiving.
Helping onboard and train new team members as the operation scales.
