Major Responsibilities

• To meet the company production and quality target as per contract.
• To implement best recommended practice.
• Ensure all work performed meets health, safety and environment (HSE) prevailing in the company.
• To ensure all major electrical, automation, mechanical equipment always in proper operation condition and within specified parameters.
• To produce accurate, real and timely production report on water production, water quality, chemical inventories and energy consumption.
• To input basic process data into PLC/SCADA supervisory control system.
• To ensure efficient plant operation with minimum energy and water losses.
• To trouble shoot, consult and make recommendation on process operation.
• To participate in major downtime work in the water treatment plant.
• To monitor Production Staff efficiency, work quality records.
