Position: Operations Lead, Digital Research and Development Data AI Products and Platforms

Location: Toronto, ON

We seek an experienced Operations Lead to support delivery excellence, performance monitoring and continuous improvement for our Digital R&D Data & AI products and platforms team. You will collaborate closely with Product Line Owners, Product Owners, Agile Scrum Teams and business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and ensure high‑quality, data‑driven outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and support the strategy and roadmap for R&D Data and AI products, ensuring alignment with DPP leaders, Product Owners, and business R&D SMEs.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of products, owners, milestones and dependencies.
• Participate in all Agile rituals; provide concise status, risk and spend reports to leadership.
