Operations, Inventory and Item Creation Controller

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Operations Controlling 
• Reporting & KPI Management: Develop and maintain performance reports and KPIs to monitor and improve service levels.
• S&OP – Supply Planning: Collaborate with the Demand Planner to ensure supply availability, provide forecasts for the R&P supply base, and represent the site in global calls.
• POR Management: Track the execution of the sales POR, identify risks and gaps, recommend mitigation actions, and drive the implementation of action plans.
• Site Service Level: Develop and maintain KPIs at various levels, use RCCM tools to identify root causes and implement countermeasures, and coordinate with the team to ensure targets are met.
• Daily Operations Control: Perform daily checks on exception messages, backlog (date management, supply eligibility, SO acknowledgment, shipment consolidation), and supply-demand alignment (, missing POs). Conduct weekly reviews with the COF team ...
