Responsibilities
- Assist with client onboarding, KYC documentation, and account setup.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the asset management team.
- Support other ad hoc operational tasks as needed.
- Diploma or above, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Interest in asset management operations and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese. (for communication with Chinese speaking clients)
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Gain hands‑on experience in asset management operations.
- Exposure to client onboarding and operational processes.
- Strong interns may be considered for future full-time roles.
