Operations Improvement Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for an Operations Improvement Analyst to join us on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will report to the Operations Improvement Lead and support our Operations team by improving the systems and processes that keep the business running smoothly. Your goal is to proactively troubleshoot and investigate system issues, implement root‑cause solutions to prevent reoccurrence, and identify opportunities to improve overall system performance, efficiency, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate, troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on operational and system issues, documenting findings clearly.
• Review and analyse current system performance while supporting system change initiatives through process documentation and UAT activities.
