Job Description

Lead end-to-end retail operations across all stores nationally.
Drive retail scale-up and expansion readiness from 30 to 70+ stores.
Build and implement strong SOPs, operational controls and store governance frameworks.
Own store profitability, productivity, sales performance and operational KPIs.
Ensure best-in-class customer experience across all retail touchpoints.
Drive VM execution and consistent brand experience across stores.
