Operations Executive, Tuas Depot

Purpose and Scope We are seeking dedicated individual to join our operations team in achieving business goals. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for the depot operational matters including daily deployment of drivers. Key Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for the daily deployment of routes
Conduct site visits and attend to complaints from internal and external stakeholders
Carry out accident investigation, accident reporting and any other related issues
Conduct weekly and monthly toolbox briefing
Checking of vehicles and ensure all are in proper working condition before deployment
Monitoring of workers' discipline, attendance and tardiness
Compiling and monitoring of sector tonnages
Route auditing and reporting of excess refuse
Supervising workers/ vehicle movement and routes
Co-ordinate logistics matter on special projects
