Responsibilities
- Report and assist the Kitchen Operations Manager in catering operations.
- Prepare daily market lists and place orders for vegetables, fruits, frozen items and disposable wares used for packing food and beverage.
- Conduct briefing with kitchen staff on next day special orders/ requests.
- Ensure standards for food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to.
Co-ordinate with Logistics Department for timely collection of food and beverage according to delivery schedules.
Requirements- GCE ‘O’ Level.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Required to work on weekends and public holidays.
