OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support daily logistics operations and ensure efficient delivery fulfilment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee daily delivery operations and driver deployment Plan and optimise delivery routes to ensure timely fulfilment Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues promptly Liaise with drivers, warehouse teams, and clients to ensure smooth operations Track and update delivery status, reports, and operational records Handle escalations, customer feedback, and service recovery Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Support warehouse coordination and inventory movement when required Requirements: Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Good communication and coordination abilities Able to work in a fast-paced logistics environment Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g. Excel, systems tracking)
