Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Pre-Opening & Setup

• Support the planning and pre-opening launch of the scalp care treatment outlet, including treatment room setup, workflow planning, equipment readiness, and product preparation.
• Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) for scalp treatments, consultations, hygiene standards, inventory control, and customer service.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities (e.g. local council, Ministry of Health) to ensure regulatory and operational compliance prior to opening.

Daily Operations & Administration

• Support day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and strict adherence to health and safety standards specific to scalp and hair treatment services.
