Operations Executive

Responsibilities

1) Aggregator Onboarding & Activation

- Handle end-to-end onboarding of restaurants on Swiggy, Zomato, and other

delivery platforms

- Create and manage restaurant IDs, brand listings, and menu setup

- Coordinate commission negotiations and approvals with aggregator teams

- Ensure successful go-live activation within defined timelines

- Track onboarding pipeline and status updates

2) Documentation & Compliance

- Collect, verify, and maintain onboarding documentation

- Maintain audit-ready records for internal and external stakeholders

3) Financial & Payout Coordination

- Support finance team

- Track aggregator payment cycles and discrepancies

4) POS & Integration Management

- Handle POS integration and dashboard setup (UrbanPiper / similar platforms)

- Ensure menu syncing across aggregators and POS
