Job Title: Operations & Engineering Scheduler (Maternity Cover)

Location: Chiswick, London

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Maintains shift rosters for all Playout, OU and Engineering staff within a 24/7 environment
• Responsible for creating, modifying, and distributing shift schedules for staff and freelancers
• Primary point of contact for all leave requests
• Responsible for handling replacement coverage due to sickness, leave or when extra shift cover is required
• Working with the Frame 25 Hive portal
• Responsible for ensuring PO’s for freelance staff are processed in a timely manner.
• Provide monthly reports of overtime hours and freelance costs
• Ensure that HR systems are kept up to date to reflect the team’s leave and sickness records.
