Operations Director

For one of our clients, we are currently looking for an Operations Director who will be responsible for understanding the local business and its needs, leading end-to-end Supply Chain operations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with corporate strategy and standards.

Key Functions & Responsibilities:

• Understand the local business environment and operational needs.
• Develop and lead Supply Chain operations, including
  demand planning, supply planning, logistics (import, warehousing and distribution), customer service, and regulatory affairs
  , aligned with local market requirements.
• Work closely with
  Headquarters Operations teams
  to ensure proper execution of processes and full compliance with corporate standards and procedures.
• Partner with Headquarters IT teams to design systems and workflows that maximize productivity and reduce waste.
