Monthly Gross Compensation

You can choose between two compensation structures based on your accommodation needs:

• Option 1 (Including Provided Apartment): €1,966.33 (Consists of base salary, all monthly allowances, and benefit-in-kind).
• Option 2 (Without Accommodation): €2,012.50 (Consists of base salary and all monthly allowances).
• Performance Bonus: Monthly productivity bonus up to €300.00.
