We provide an array of services to enable client lifecycle transactions; from relationship establishment, supporting the data demands surrounding instruments and delivering non-financial reporting to our regulators.

The Strategic Change Team, within SMBIC Data and Regulatory Operations, is responsible for the execution of regulatory change initiatives, including:

+ **Developing and implementing Gen AI solutioning strategies** in partnership with Technology
+ **Leading strategic planning and Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation**
+ **Driving transformative change initiatives across the organization**
