Operations Coordinator

Pratt & Whitney (an RTX business) is seeking an Operations Coordinator for its Singapore facility.

• Administrative, coordination and planning support to Operations, including downloading and managing SAP data.
• Downloading monthly raw data from SAP CADO and ZIRR for capacity planning and HPP productivity review.
• Downloading performance tracking charts such as daily flow rate, lead time tracking, etc.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to provide daily coordination and planning to support operational needs.
• Collaborating with Operation Leaders to close EHS and Quality findings timely.
• Acting as Level3 project coordinator to perform pre‑job EHS assessment for contractors and supervise contractors in accordance with EHS requirements.
