We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and technically strong progessional to help us drive service excellence, operational performance, and quality standards within our Service organization and our workshop in Schiedam. Your responsibilities
Coordinate workshop resources, plan workshop loads and ensure timely and compliant execution of orders

Guarantee on-time, on-budget execution of Parts and Repair projects according to customer specifications, industry norms, internal standards and ISO9001

Estimate and evaluate costs for Workshop operations orders

Support and assess activities of external Service partners and manage the supplier relationships

Ensure full utilization of company commercial and technical tools
