The Operations Coordinator provides essential day‑to‑day support to keep operations running smoothly. The role acts as a key link between drivers, schedulers, customers, and the Operations Manager - Victoria and Sydney ensuring continuity, compliance, and strong service delivery.
- Proven ability to support daily operations, records management, driver support and fleet operation
- Ability to maintain accurate training, licencing, medical and operational records with high attention to detail
- Willingness to step in across multiple operational areas, assist toolbox meetings and support drivers and schedulers as needed
- Support Driver onboarding process through coordination of administrative and training tasks.
- Customer liaison – Take overflow calls, assist customers, and process incoming orders
- Support Toolbox meetings – Assist with toolbox meetings and operational communication with drivers
