Operations Specialist / Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist to support our client with field operations within a thermal oil production setting. This role is responsible for monitoring production performance, identifying and addressing downtime causes, coordinating optimization initiatives, and supporting safe, reliable operations across the asset.

Location: Cold Lake (must be local)

The successful candidate will act as a technical resource and mentor to operations personnel, leveraging extensive field experience to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. This position works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Production teams to maximize asset performance and production efficiency.

• 8–10+ years of oil and gas operations experience
