Operations Coordinator

Founded in 2022, Santé Studios is an Austria-based fashion brand with a global online presence. As our customer base continues to expand, we are strengthening our backend operations to support our growing brand.
We are currently hiring for an operations coordination. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, values structure and precision and is passionate about delivering excellence across both people and processes.
Operations Tasks
Support the Operations Manager in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Monitor and update product listings, images, pricing and overall website content.
Share new orders and AWBs with the factory to ensure timely order processing.
Provide the factory with required barcodes as per order requirements.
Prepare invoices and packing lists for new shipments.
Monitor order processing and fulfillment timelines to ensure adherence to SLAs and operational standards.
