We’re looking for an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator / Scheduler to help keep projects, technicians, and subcontractors running smoothly day to day. This role would suit someone who understands the fast-paced nature of the HVAC or Mechanical Plumbing industry and enjoys being the central point of coordination across jobs, trades, and suppliers.

What you’ll be doing:
• Coordinating, scheduling, and confirming bookings with technicians, subcontractors, supervisors, and suppliers
• Allocating jobs across subcontractors and apprentices
• Preparing, issuing, and following up purchase orders for units, materials, and parts
• Assisting with picking and dispatching jobs for upcoming installations where required
• Reviewing job and site notes and actioning updates accordingly
