About the role

We are a growing solar company seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is designed to create capacity within our existing operations function by taking ownership of key communication, systems, and administrative workflows. You will work closely with the Head of Finance & Operations and the business owner to ensure smooth day-to-day execution.

What you’ll own

• CRM & systems management – Maintain data integrity and oversee all aspects of our customer relationship management platform.


• Stakeholder coordination – Act as a central link between the office, installation teams, and clients, including managing project‑specific communication channels.
