Operations Coordinator

Join Aramark’s Global Energy division as an Operations Coordinator in Denmark, where you will play a critical role in delivering seamless offshore personnel logistics across complex, fast-paced projects.

Based in Esbjerg and reporting to the DOO for Denmark and the Netherlands, this role is central to ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant movement of people and resources for offshore operations.

You will coordinate rotations, travel, and mobilisation activities while collaborating closely with HR, Finance, HSE, and operational teams. With a strong focus on planning, compliance, and stakeholder engagement, this position directly supports Aramark UK’s broader strategy to deliver operational excellence and high-quality service across global energy projects.
