We have a new opportunity for an Operations Consultant to join our fast-paced team and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless workforce coverage and operational efficiency within our Recruitment Nursing team.

You will work independently day-to-day, managing priorities and making confident decisions while collaborating closely with consultants, clients, and nursing staff. Your focus will be on rostering, filling shifts quickly, and ensuring continuity of care across multiple sites.
