As an Operations Consultant, you will partner with the Operations Supervisor to enhance store presentation and assist in training cashiers and consultants on Point-Of-Sale systems. You will perform shipment processing, maintain stockroom organization, and ensure compliance with merchandising standards, making it a dynamic position within the retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional service to clients during business hours
• Assist in cashiers' training on POS and MPOS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier zone
• Process shipments and inventory in a timely manner
• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and management
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in retail/client service
• Strong computer and organizational skills
