Job Description

Operations & Client Manager We are looking for a leader to manage the front desk teams at both our Jalan Besar and Holland Grove Road branches. The role includes: 
Purchasing for both branches 
Team discipline & morale for the front desk teams 
Scheduling and leave management 
Managing relationships with external suppliers & vendors 
Handling client complaints 
Upkeeping and maintaining clinic facilities and infrastructure at both branches 
Training and mentoring new receptionists 
Qualifications Strong experience with front desk operations in a veterinary clinic or hospital setting is required.
