Operations, Billing Analyst

Position Overview:

The Billing Analyst is responsible for balancing attention to detail and efficiency within a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will gain a thorough understanding of our billing system and cycles while collaborating with other departments to ensure the completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness of our billings.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure all billing transactions are completed and accurate, and in compliance with our accounting revenue recognition standards. Update and maintain the internal billing database of client billing and distribution requirements, client contact information and emails, and invoice distribution statuses. Investigate and submit billing cancellation requests, perform daily operations in a high-volume, full-cycle Accounts Receivable function, including preparing customer invoices to specific customer requirements.
