Operations Automation Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Automation Engineer to join the Operations Group. This is a high-impact, hands‑on role focused on identifying, designing, and delivering automation solutions across the full breadth of BAM's operational functions, from trade lifecycle management and back‑office reconciliation.

You will work closely with Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders to eliminate manual processes, reduce operational risk, and create scalable, auditable workflows using modern low‑code/no‑code and scripting tools, principally integrated agentic workflow tools (e n8n) , augmented by Python and REST API integrations.
