**Job description**

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **Operations Assistant.**

**In this role you will:**

+ Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and courier serivces
+ Support document printing, scanning and photcopying
+ Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
+ Ensure common areas, meeting rooms and pantries are tidy and well-stocked (e.g. replacing distilled water dispensers and pantry supplies, tidying up meeting rooms after meeting, cleaning pantry equipments and utensils)
+ Run errands such as visting the post office and the delivery and collection of documents at various sites
+ Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, couriers and postman and assist with inquiries
