Operations Assistant

Description

Working as part of the Critical Services team as an Operations Assistant supporting the local team at AVK-SEG in Thurrock, your primary responsibility is to ensure all assets are ready for hire and aligned with project and service requirements. You will be key in this role. This role is critical to safeguarding the long-term success and efficiency of the Load Bank Hire Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertaking duties to support in asset preparation, including:
• Loading and off-loading vehicles via forklifts (16T)
• Movement of materials (e.g. cables) in preparation for collection
• Administrative duties in support of operational deliverables
• Working with the Head of Operations to ensure all assets are available and ready in line with business requirements for all projects and services, including key dates and technical scope
