Responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders by confirming details, coordinating with suppliers, and tracking order status.
- Monitor attendance records, manage alerts, and support HR administration from LOA onwards.
- Coordinate onboarding processes, documentation, and system access for new hires.
- Support regulatory and government-related administrative matters, including initial SFA inquiries.
- Compile, consolidate, and report key operational metrics and KPIs from multiple data sources.
- Prepare and distribute regular operational and management reports.
- Act as a central liaison between kitchen operations, management, and Japan-based stakeholders.
- Handle operational enquiries promptly and maintain clear, professional communication.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc operational tasks in a fast-evolving startup environment.
